Cryotherapy Treatment
Cryotherapy is also known as cold therapy. It involves exposing the body to very cold temperatures for several minutes.
Whole-body cryotherapy (WBC) is a method whereby you place your body in very cold air for a few minutes. This could lead to a variety of health benefits. An enclosed chamber or small enclosure will be created around the individual’s body. It will have an opening at the top for their heads. The temperature inside the enclosure will fall between -200℉ and -300℉. They will stay for two to four minutes in ultra-low temperature air.
Endorphins are increased in cryotherapy, which can help with anxiety and depression. Endorphins, hormones that are released in the brain and make you feel good, can be found in cryotherapy.
